Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole cranberries 1 bag of Ocean Spray fresh cranberries
  • 3 large oranges 2 ½ for juice, ½ cut into small chunks, rind and all
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Cut all three oranges in half. Juice 2½ of the oranges for their juice. You need 1 cup, if you are short, add water to make 1 cup.

  • Chop the remaining ½ orange up, rind and all in small dice or thin slices.

  • Add whole cranberries and diced up orange pieces to a saucepan. Add the sugar and the orange juice. Cook on medium heat until it starts to boil, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

    3 cups whole cranberries, 1 cup sugar

  • Pour the sauce into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, set aside to cool. Alternatively, you can also pour it hot into sterilized Ball Canning jars. Seal and set to cool.

  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 cups.
