I made the No Knead Potato Rolls at Thanksgiving, along with the Sea-Salted Pumpkin Praline Tart, which may be the best Thanksgiving dessert ever! I tried many others that didn’t make the top ten list. Our favorites are the Ridiculously Easy Lemon Curd, the Lemon Curd Shortbread Tart, and the Ginger Scallion Meatballs with Potsticker Dipping Sauce, which we have on repeat around here. Looking forward to trying more new recipes in 2024. Happy New Year!

I made the Ridiculously Easy Lemon Buttermilk Cake. It was so moist and lemony. My favorite recipes however, are the No-knead overnight Brioche, the oven-baked skinless chicken breasts (better than rotisserie chicken for recipes), and especially the snickerdoodle scones. So easy and perfect every time. Too easy to eat the whole batch while watching movies in the evening!
