@optimum I'm.... My reality is 100MB/s Optimum (local broadband monopoly) for $90 per month.If you can get 10x the bandwidth for 1/4 the price, good for you.When the service went out for several workday hours, no credit to my account.

@OptimumHelp I went to the optimum store this morning and switched it. It would have taken days and no service if I ordered one. Now I’m connected. Because this was leased from optimum how do I get credit for the days of no service? It was at least 4 this past month.
