@KlangLouisville @GetSpectrum We have an extender for that. That's a problem almost everyone has if their house is big enough. It's an equipment thing.

I really wish @GetSpectrum had an expected outage repair estimate when you call or log into your account. I HATED Cox, but that’s one helpful thing they actually had.

@Ask_Spectrum If I get in touch with Spectrum again it will be to cancel! The "follow-up survey call" just BUZZED SO LOUD by the 3rd question that it just hung up! Monopolies must be how Spectrum continues to exist! Shameful lack of service.

@Ask_Spectrum We got it taken care of. Everything went down, when it came back up our personal settings had been set back to default (network names and passwords). Had to use my phone's hotspot to log in and fix everything. 🙄

So get this you all. My wife is had a Time Warner email account for over a year. We haven't had any service with them for that length of time. Now all of the sudden @GetSpectrum shuts down her email without warning and wants us to pay for their service so that she can retrieve

@pksapienza @ATT @GetSpectrum I cut the cord years ago and use them only for internet now. Hulu for sports and tv, netflix and I'm getting Disney + or whatever when it comes out. We are super happy and never miss anything. (And an antenna for local stations.)

@TheTammaland @hammel11 @ThatBoysGood I was a grandfathered TWC customer. When I upgraded my DVR boxes my bill went from 190 to 240 and I wasn’t gonna get the ACC Network. I had to upgrade to Spectrum codes

@Ask_Spectrum Why is it that after spending FOUR HOURS TUESDAY with no success, today you send the SECOND RESCUE INSTALLER WITHOUT the proper EQUIPMENT. This would be HYSTERICAL were it not so awful. I'm fed UP!
