  So get this you all. My wife is had a Time Warner email account for over a year. We haven't had any service with them for that length of time. Now all of the sudden @GetSpectrum shuts down her email without warning and wants us to pay for their service so that she can retrieve

  @pksapienza @ATT @GetSpectrum I cut the cord years ago and use them only for internet now. Hulu for sports and tv, netflix and I'm getting Disney + or whatever when it comes out. We are super happy and never miss anything. (And an antenna for local stations.)

  I just wanted to tell @GetSpectrum, the lady who helped me yesterday on the phone get my service switched, was possibly one of the sweetest people I’ve ever talked with.

  There has been 4-5 days during the month that @GetSpectrum has had an “outage” in my area. No TV, no internet. I pay $120 a month for good, “reliable” internet. It’s bull sh*t. I need the money back that I spent for no service so I can do something else since I have no internet.
