I know people like to hate on @GetSpectrum or any service provider, but I‘ve had incredible customer service over the last 24 hours starting service & then having an issue with service.

@GetSpectrum Credit where credit is due. Spectrum fixed the billing issue. It took a little longer than I expected, but it was fully resolved without me paying the incorrect bill
